Now that we’re reimagining what it means to work together to become more efficient — we have to begin to ask ourselves bigger questions. To avoid defaulting to easier, more manageable tasks we should first ask, “what is the purpose of what I’m doing?” It’s important to make sure that we are serving the highest function for our workplace, by considering the role that we fill within the company. To ensure that our efforts are aligning with the audience we have to carefully select our communication methods and instill guidelines for how that medium will be used.
